Refund policy

Board Sports S.r.l., owner of the Balance Board Pro, made in Italy® brand, applies a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item, without giving any reason.

The 30-day period is granted voluntarily by Board Sports S.r.l. and is longer than the minimum legal period of 14 days for the right of withdrawal provided by Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). This Return Policy is an integral part of, and must be read together with, the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return
To start a return, contact Board Sports S.r.l. at contact@balanceboard.pro or fill in the withdrawal form. Once you have communicated your decision to withdraw, the product must be returned within 14 days to the following address: Balance Board Pro c/o MOMOKA S.r.l.s., Strada Lungofino 187, Blocco H Modulo 14, 65013 Città Sant'Angelo (PE), Italy. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return costs
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except for defective or non-conforming products, for which the return costs are borne by Board Sports S.r.l.

Damaged or non-conforming products
Please inspect the product on delivery and contact Board Sports S.r.l. immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and put it right.

Exceptions — items not subject to the right of withdrawal
Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded, among others, for: goods made to measure or clearly personalised at the customer's request; digital content supplied by streaming, including digital courses, where performance has begun with the customer's express prior consent and acknowledgement of the consequent loss of the right of withdrawal; gift cards. Refunds
Board Sports S.r.l. will notify you of the receipt and inspection of the return and whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you request otherwise. Board Sports S.r.l. may withhold the refund until it has received the product or until you provide evidence of having returned it. Crediting times may also depend on your bank or card issuer.

Legal guarantee of conformity
The right of withdrawal is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity, which lasts 24 months from delivery for consumers under Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

This Return Policy is drawn up in Italian and English. The Italian version is the legally binding one; in case of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
